These Terms and Conditions of Use ("T&Cs") govern access to and use of the website maisonlumiere.com, as well as the commercial relationship between Shuper SAS and any user or buyer.

By browsing the site or placing an order, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs in their entirety. Shuper reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of your order.

The site is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance operations or force majeure. Shuper cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions.

Access to order features does not require creating an account. An anonymous identifier is generated locally on your device to retain your cart and order history.

Any order placed on the site constitutes a sales contract between Shuper and the buyer. The ordering process is as follows:

• Select items and add them to your cart

• Review your order summary

• Enter your shipping information

• Confirm and complete secure payment

• Receive an order confirmation by email

Shuper reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or an unexpected stock shortage. The buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

All prices are displayed in euros inclusive of tax. Shuper reserves the right to update its prices at any time; the applicable prices are those displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Bank transfer (processing time: 2 to 3 business days)

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. No banking data is ever stored on our servers.

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary depending on the destination and chosen carrier.

In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, Shuper cannot be held liable, but will assist with tracking and any claims process.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Shuper is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679). Data collected (name, address, email) is used exclusively for order processing and commercial communications where you have given your consent.

These T&Cs are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
